1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Belora platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Belora connects customers with beauty salons, barbershops, spas, and similar businesses. We facilitate booking appointments, processing payments, and managing relationships between customers and businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability. Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees according to the business policy.

5. Salon Owner Terms

Business owners agree to comply with all applicable laws, maintain accurate information, and provide the advertised services. Belora reserves the right to remove listings that do not comply with our policies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions auto-renew. Payments are non-refundable except as set forth in our Cancellation Policy. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Belora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or service interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Prohibition of Circumvention

• Users and Businesses agree not to circumvent the Belora platform for any transactions initiated through the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) exchanging contact information (email, phone, social media handles) for the purpose of completing bookings or payments outside of Belora; (b) soliciting or accepting payments outside of Belora's payment system for services first discovered or booked through the platform; (c) requesting or encouraging others to violate these rules.
• All communication related to a booking or potential booking must occur through Belora's in-platform messaging system. Contact information (email, phone, address) will be masked until a booking is confirmed and paid.
• Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and a circumvention fee of up to the value of the transaction attempted to be completed off-platform.
• Belora reserves the right to monitor communications for compliance with this policy. Automated systems may flag and review messages that contain contact information or payment solicitations.
