Marketplace Terms

1. Scope

These Marketplace Terms govern the listing and promotion of businesses on the Belora platform. By listing your business, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Listing Requirements

• Business information must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Photos must accurately represent the establishment and services offered.
• Published prices must be final prices, including all applicable taxes.

3. Verification

Belora may request additional documentation to verify business legitimacy, including business licenses, official ID, and proof of address.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Requesting customers to make payments outside the platform.
• Discriminating based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Engaging in deceptive advertising practices.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Businesses may not manipulate reviews or solicit positive reviews in exchange for discounts. Belora reserves the right to remove fraudulent reviews.

6. Suspension and Removal

Belora reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these terms, without refund of fees paid.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to businesses at least 14 days in advance.

8. Off-Platform Transactions Prohibited

• All transactions between customers and businesses listed on the Belora marketplace must be initiated, processed, and completed through the Belora platform. Businesses may not request or encourage customers to book, pay, or communicate outside of Belora.
• Businesses found to be circumventing the platform risk immediate removal from the marketplace, forfeiture of pending payouts, and a penalty equal to the value of transactions completed off-platform.
• Belora provides an in-platform messaging system for all communication between businesses and customers. Contact information (phone, email, address) is automatically masked until a booking is confirmed and paid through the platform.
